Professor Richotte Appointed to Turtle Mountain Tribal Appellate Court

Assistant Professor Keith Richotte has been appointed as an Appellate Court Justice on the Turtle Mountain Tribal Appellate Court.

Professor Richotte was officially appointed by the Governing Body of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa with Resolution #TMBC57-01-09, signed into law on the 21st of January 2009.
