The finals took place on Friday, April 24 from 1-3 in Baker Courtroom with Justices Kapsner and Crothers of the North Dakota Supreme Court and Judge Bye of the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals presiding. An award ceremony, presided over by Dean Rand, immediately followed argument and deliberation.

Semifinal Rounds
Wednesday, April 22, 5:00 & 6:30 p.m., Baker Courtroom

First year students advancing to semifinal competition in the 2009 Moot Court Festival will compete Wednesday evening, March 22, 2009 in the Baker Courtroom. Judges will be Professors Joseph Vacek, Kendra Fershee, and Kirsten Dauphinais.

Round 1 - 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. Amy Clark & Jill Hebl, Appellants v. Jonathan Leddige & Katie Stearns, Appellees

Round 2 - 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. Paul Gunderson & Beth Ebert, Appellants v. Johanna Carvajal & Catherine Hamilton, Appellees
