The Torts Wypadki is a collaborative outline of torts, enabled by wiki software. It is a project of Professor Eric E. Johnson's Torts class at the University of North Dakota School of Law
Welcome. For the Fall 2009 semester, the wypadki must be constructed as a single "page" of the wiki (here). Current students should feel free to take material from last year's pages and paste it into this year's document.
