      1. What was the duty of care owed? (Duty, Standard of Care)
      2. Did the D breach that duty? (Breach)
   2. What were the results of the D's conduct or lack of conduct?
      1. Did the D's conduct actually cause the P's injuries? (Actual Causation)
      2. Did the D's conduct proximately cause the P's injuries? (Proximate Causation)
      3. Did the P suffer any damages? (Damages)
   3. What did the P do? (Defenses)
