The Torts Wypadki is a collaborative outline of torts, enabled by wiki software. It is a project of Professor Eric E. Johnson's Torts class at the University of North Dakota School of Law
Welcome. You will notice that last year, the wypadki consisted of several pages. For the Spring 2009 semester, the wypadki must be constructed as a single "page" of the wiki (here). Current students should feel free to take material from last year's pages and paste it into this year's document.
