The Media & Entertainment Law Wypadki is a collaborative outline of media law and entertainment law, enabled by wiki software. It is a project of Professor Eric E. Johnson's Media & Entertainment Law class at the University of North Dakota School of Law
Welcome. You will notice that for last year's Entertainment Law class, the wypadki consisted of several pages. For the 2009 class, the wypadki must be constructed as a single "page" of the wiki (here). Current students should feel free to take material from last year's pages and paste it into this year's document, to the extent relevant. Note that in keeping the addition of "Media &" to the course title, the class will differ considerably from last year.
