What Do We Do?

  • Service current students and alumni by assisting with the job search process.
  • Maintain a job bulletin board, which is located across the hall from the Career Services Office.
  • Collect and post job announcements and law clerk opportunities to the bulletin board and the Web page.
  • Schedule on-campus interviews with employers.
  • Collect resumes and application materials for on-campus interviews if applicable.
  • Provide resume writing assistance.
  • Provide advice on interviewing techniques.
  • Assist with electronic job searching.
  • Have sample resumes and cover letters you may view to assist you in preparation of your own resume.
  • Send out letters of reciprocity to other law schools requesting that you be allowed to use their Career Services Office.
  • Have financial aid forms including The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and bar study loans.
  • Meet with students on an individual basis and answer inquiries and otherwise respond to student needs and requests.
  • Maintain a comprehensive Career Services library.
