| Insurance Law | Tuesday, May 20: Read Chapter 1 of the text, Insurance Law and Policy, by Tom Baker and pay particular attention to the problem on pages 23 and 24. Be prepared to work on this problem in class in a group setting. Wednesday, May 21: Read Chapter 2 of the text to page 50. Also, read the first of the assigned supplemental readings. UND v. Western National Ins. Co., 643 NW2d 4 (2002). The supplemental reading list will be completed later this week and can be picked up as instructed by the law school. |
